Take the Lothianburn junction from the Edinburgh bypass (A720) towards the city centre.

Drive for a couple of miles, until you pass a green hillside park on the left and then a petrol station on the right.  You are then on the south of the lower map. 

The easiest way is to keep on the A702 until Morningside Drive, which has a chip shop on the left corner called Fernandos, and an Oddbins (or Victoria Wine?) on the right corner. 

The flat is about 800 metres up this road, on the left hand side.  Plenty free parking.
