The spacious sunny kitchen has wooden floorboards, a round table which comfortably seats six, a dishwasher, washing machine and airing cupboard.  The bathroom has been revamped this year, and now has a power shower and sleek tiles.  There is a kingsize Austrian sleigh bed in the double bedroom and a twin room - fold up beds are stored under the twin beds for larger parties.  The lounge has a stunning stripped wood bay window, and looks north over the city with its many spires and past the Firth of Forth to Fife.  It is equipped with a TV, video and cd player.

The flat is situated in the southside of town, 2 miles from the centre.  There is a frequent bus service from outside the flat to the centre, which takes in Morningside, Bruntsfield, Tollcross, Old Town, Princes Street and New Town.  On Morningside road, 5 minutes walk down a hill, there are many buses available.  Taxis are also easy to come by - it costs about £6 to the middle of town.  To check prices click HERE.   To view location map click HERE.
